
An industry veteran of 18 years, Brad Teitelbaum is a retail investment sales broker focusing on the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties from coast to coast as well as the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers throughout the Midwest. Throughout his career, Brad has directly closed over $750,000,000 of transactions across 32 different states.
Brad started his commercial real estate career at Grubb and Ellis in 2006 with a focus on retail leasing. Brad’s direct leasing experience gives him additional insight and perspective when brokering retail investment transactions on behalf of developers, private investors, family offices, funds as well as larger REIT’s. After Grubb and Ellis, Brad became a nationally recognized and trusted advisor in the retail investment sales market while at Colliers International. With prior experience among the largest real estate brokerage companies in the world and currently running a boutique real estate brokerage firm, Brad has the national reach and experience combined with a persistent approach creating value for his clients.
Brad has been featured in multiple publications including Crains, Real Estate Bisnow and the Illinois Real Estate Journal. Brad is also a long time member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has been a volunteer at multiple organizations including: Other Side of the Green, PAWS, and Inspiration Kitchen.

Gino Badalow joined Bellagio Real Estate Partners in January 2025 as a real estate analyst, demonstrating and applying his analytical skills to the net lease and retail investment real estate sectors. A former student of the University of Providence, Gino studied Finance while balancing the demands of playing collegiate soccer. This experience instilled a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset, which he brings to his role.
Outside of work, Gino stays active through soccer and golf, enjoying the opportunity to stay competitive and focused. As he gains experience in commercial real estate, he's eager to continue learning and contributing to the team.
